âThe worst hotel stay ever!!! The bathroom clogged and we called front desk at 6 am to get help because water was gushing out of toilet.The lady on duty said the engineering was not available.We called again and asked if we could go to another room to bath and change clothes.The front desk clerk told us yo go to the front desk to pick up keys.We asked why they couldnât bring to us.She said that she couldnât leave front desk.We kept calling and they gave us the runaround.They finally got someone...

âHotellets standard Ă€r mycket hög och eftersom vi reste med tvĂ„ 15-Ă„ringar var det perfekt med pool, gym, wifi och tillgĂ„ng till datorer. Man kan möjligen avskrĂ€ckas av avstĂ„ndet till sjĂ€lva stranden och boarwalken i Virginia beach men eftersom det Ă€r en stor fin vĂ€g dig gĂ„r det fort med bil. Frukosten var ocksĂ„ mycket bra Ă€ven om den inte gĂ„r att jĂ€mföra med svensk hotellfrukost.â
âHad a great stay~ room and hotel decor is really nice and modern. They do serve Starbucks in the lobby which was nice, but not complimentary. The picture of the nice pantry on the hotels profile pic is a bit misleading; you have to be a platinum member to use it. No pool working either, said out of order but it looks like an awesome pool if they can get it in order. Outlet in bathroom was not working but that wasnt a big deal. âIssues with tv not working. Asked for help. No one explained the 2 remotes or how they worked. TV said no signal. It was supposed to be addressed while we were out. Returned to same issue and told we would have to wait until tomorrow. Fortunately I was able to figure out smaller remote that says room control was for the tv. Difficult to navigate but I was able to get something going. â
