“This property is in a very shady part of town right next to a pot dispensary. When we arrived, there were several items of luggage clothing and food that were out on the sidewalk as of being evicted from one of the rooms. The property is in poor Repair there was no Kleenex in the room, no hairdryer. The beds were acceptable. The sheets were clean. The pillows were good. The air conditioner worked as well as the TV. The switch for bedside lights did not work well.”

“The property around the room was duty, we had problems flushing the toilet, the shower water was cold, they have plastic underneath the sheets of your bed, the tv very old. The staff were very helpful and polite though. ”

“The property was spacious, and my unit was as large as an apartment, so I had plenty of room to spread out. The pool was great, but the best thing about it is that I went down there to see spring training games, and its location just north of Phoenix meant that I was within a half hour of all of the ball parks! The people running the place were very nice as well!”

“The property was under going renovation so things were out of sorts. The shower water pressure was pretty low. The double room was pretty small and bathroom tiny. Breakfast sub-par. Our room keys were disabled on the 2nd day so couldn't get in the side door and had to wait a bit at the front desk until someone came and got them, to work- a bit of a pain after a long tiring day. Staff was friendly and helpful.”

“This hotel was ran down. Let's start with the staff...not friendly at all. The rooms were horrible. Water damaged walls & ceilings, mold in the shower. No ice machines. The place should be contained. Could not believe I wasted $155 on something let this. We didn't even stay the entire night. The outside of the hotel has unfortunate homeless people setting around the perimeters. If you're looking for comfort and safety this is not it. I would not let my children out of my site at this...
