âThis is a really beautiful property and the staff were very friendly and helpful. My wifeâs birthday was on one of the days we were there and they surprised her with a birthday cake. No one told them it was her birthday, they just saw it from her passport and did this on their own. Our room was modern with a great balcony with a great view of the volcano. We definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Arequipa! â
