“Lovely stay with room for 2 couples in a peaceful area surrounded by trees and birds. We used the outdoor seating area a lot as the weather was beautiful. The house was very clean and had comfortable beds. Everything we needed. The host Jos greeted us on arrival, was very friendly and helpful including local recommendations. We borrowed the free bikes and had an easy 15 minute bike ride into the old town. Highly recommend this great place to stay with great hosts”

“We booked this property as a family with two young children but left almost immediately due to serious security concerns. Before arrival, I contacted the property via WhatsApp and Expedia with specific questions about parking, but every response was a generic message that didn’t answer my questions. On arrival, we discovered that the code for the main entrance was exactly the same as the code for our room. Even more concerning, there was no way to lock the room from the inside. “Nice apartment good location to old town centre. Walking distance to most attractions. Elderly with suit cases would find the stairs difficult.”

“Stains on the furniture and headboard of the bed. Stairs to get up to room were so narrow and dark - my husband rolled his ankle trying to get up. Room was very dirty - and not well maintained. Would not recommend. Staff were not helpful nor present. ”

“Reser med min dotter och kom till detta fantastiska B&B. Vi tog en taxi för 10€ från stoppet för Flixbussen och checkade in sent på kvällen. Frukosten är något utöver det du tidigare upplevt och utsökt god. Rummet White chocklate var stort, rent och med en fantastisk skön säng. Kylskåp finns på rummet och Wifi fungerade snabbt och bra. Personalen är vänlig och gör allt för att du ska trivas. Bästa boende jag haft så missa inte detta boende ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“Great hotel with fantastic service! Centrally located, nicely decorated rooms with a/c and the staff were excellent. Our room key stopped working one night and the manager came to help us within 10 minutes without fuss. We also ate at the restaurant one night and it was our best restaurant experience in Bruges. Highly recommend staying here! Please note there are no elevators and your room may be situated on the fourth floor.”

“Disappointed. The photos looked nice but the room doesn’t feel entirely clean (floor, towels, table). A lot of noise from the floor creaky sounds. There is no personal communication from the property management when I asked specific questions, which made my pre-trip planning anxious. ”
