“The room was good, the location was close to the Wheeler Centre and the people were friendly and helpful. A really comfortable stay. I was up graded to a room with a Juliet balcony: no view but good to have some contact with the outside, through the light well.”

The only thing I’d change next time is to book a room on a higher floor, as ours didn’t get much natural light. Overall, a great stay!”

“Breakfast was a disaster!! Table seating ,slow ,you could only select from a menu and were only allowed a "starter" that was small and one "main". Not mix anything from the menu and if you had choosen fried eggs on toast and asked for a small croissant ,you could not have that,not any extra such as a extra glass of juice. Not serviceminded. For the price you pay for the breakfast, it is a rip off . If you want breakfast, choose another hotel.”
