“Staff very professional. Rooms have character/charm. Many restaurants/shops walkable from hotel that’s open late. Convenient in-house Travel office Magic Carpet Tours for booking your trips. Wide range breakfast selections including your choice of eggs, fruits (love the guava), cheeses, breads, Egyptian food too. There is a small elevator since the hotel is on the 6th floor. Laundry service was great you get clothes washed and ironed same day for a reasonable price.”

“Staff kind and polite. Picture from terass in Hotels.com so bad. Wasnt even any terass set on. Only much birds in small cage and Dirty. We have familyroom for 5. Was ok and comfort bed. Elevator terrible.. roof in almost fall down. But for the money downtown in Kairo its ok. Can think for be back sure. But please fix terass so guest can stay little there. “We stayed there six nights altogether and the breakfast was the same every day apart from occasionally we had different fruit. If not using the lift we found the staircase very dirty. The staff were lovely and extremely helpful. The rooms were amazing but the bathrooms need some updating and to be a little cleaner. I would recommend this hotel. It is great value for money. ”
