The hotel is located on the fifth floor of the building. The entrance area and elevator were run-down and unclean, giving an unsafe impression. While the night staff were friendly and helpful, the common areas did not match the photos shown online and appeared unfinished, with exposed cables and missing signage.
The room itself was clean, but there were several issues: no bathroom door (only a door frame), a bed with no top mattress or proper blanket, resulting in a cold night, old or possibly refilled toiletries, and a shower with unstable water temperature.
Breakfast was served entirely on one tray, including the omelette, with limited tableware. Staff were polite but seemed understaffed. At checkout, I was charged half a day’s rate for approximately six hours, with no flexibility offered. A brief visit by a friend resulted in an immediate call from reception, which felt unnecessarily strict given the short duration.
Overall, the stay was unsatisfactory due to poor maintenance, discrepancies between advertised images and reality, and rigid policies, despite courteous staff.
