Nyligen möblerade och inredda lägenhet i West End i Aberdeen. Kortt låt eller veckotid för en affärsresa, familje- eller stadsbesök med 3 sovrum, rymligt vardagsrum, stort kök med matbord, gratis Wi-Fi (fiberoptik), trädgård och gratis parkering på gatan.

En rymlig Slutna Period lägenhet utgör en del av en terrass av fina granit hem i en härlig trädkantade halvmåne i Rosemount. Fastigheten har en privat och väl upplyst säker huvuddörr tillträde och kompromisser av tre stora dubbelrum (ett med eget), ett mycket stort vardagsrum med karmfönster c / w äkta vedeldad spis, badrum med badkar / dusch och härligt stort kök med matbord med sex stolar. Sovrummen är uppbyggda som 1 x dubbelrum och 2 x dubbla sovrum (ett med eget badrum). Sovrummen har vardera en byrå / skrivbord lämplig för datoranvändning. Den bakre privata trädgården har en bänk / bord för att äta ute på sommaren och en delad torkrum.

Välkomstpaket av viktiga matvaror kommer att ges vid ankomst. Andra specifika filer kan hämtas så länge som de är ordnade i förväg. Veckovis städning med nya lakan och handdukar.

Lägenheten ligger inom ett bekvämt gång aprrox 10-15 minuter avstånd från stadens centrum och enkel tillgång till olika busslinjer till affärscentra i Aberdeen. Aberdeen Royal Infirmary på Foresterhill handlar om en 8 - 10 minuters promenad.
Det finns en Co-op, slaktare, fiskhandlare, apotek, bank, pub, restaurang, café, ost butik och Oddbins alla inom en två minuters promenad från lägenheten. Westburn och Victoria parker c / w inomhus och utomhus tennisbanor är ungefär en 5 minuters promenad.
Notera lägenheten kan hyras ut för kortare eller lång sikt hyreskontrakt om det behövs. En hopfällbar säng kan ges för en sjunde person om det behövs.

Space, beautiful space!

After two weeks in a very cozy but small apartment in Edinburgh we felt the need to spread out, enjoy some space and do some laundry. This elegant whole-floor apartment suited perfectly. It was so comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. A lovely neighborhood and walkable (or a short cab ride) to the city centre. Could easily accommodate 6 guests but we loved having the breathing space to ourselves. Highly recommend.

Great place!

Very nice and comfortable house in nice Aberdeen neighborhood. Walking distance to a grocery store, good restaurants, and a nice large park. The unit was spacious and well equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Would definitely recommend.

Heel mooi ruim appartement

Het is een heel mooi ruim appartement met 3 slaapkamers waarvan 1 met eigen badkamer en nog een losse badkamer. Mooie ruime woonkamer en ruime keuken van allegemakken voorzien. Echt een aanrader.

Perfect holiday house

Excellent location and awesome property!

The location is great for walking to all the sites. There is a grocery store around the block. Check-in was easy and Koi left us some milk in the fridge and snacks which was much appreciated. Beds were good with comfortable mattresses. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Yard is very nice and relaxing. Neighborhood is quiet with easy parking. Washer/dryer is very helpful. Will try to reserve again if in Aberdeen.

Excellent home and host

Koi’s home is in the most perfect area! Parks, shopping, restaurants, all convenience walkable. Her home was beyond our expectations, cozy, comfortable and the garden is simply stunning! Her hospitality was over and above for us well, we needed a extra desk - next day arrived! And the welcome food basket was the icing on the cake! Truly Koi and her home made our first experience of Aberdeen memorable and feel like home.

Great, quiet apartment to stay in the city

This apartment is very conveniently situated, on Rosemount, with Coop around the block and opened until 8pm, a Godsend. There is a hairdresser 2 minutes away as well. There is a chese shop, a fishmonger, liquorstore and restaurants nearby. Perfect for organising your life. The apartment itself is vast, with 3 bedrooms and a pleasant living room. My sole worry is the kitchen, very cold and somewhat dark. The old windows would need to be new, double panned to keep the draft away. I was planning to organise a family dinner there but backed out because it felt so chilly. If the flat was mine, I would replace the wooden kitchen door leading to garden by a double panned glass door to bring in some much needed light. With some renovation it would be really nice because the kitchen has all the needed amenities and tools. The owners were also very kind to provide milk and cakes upon arrival. They were very accomodating during our whole stay and super prompt in their communication. Parking was great too. The neighbourhood is a safe one in Aberdeen. So, all in all, it was a very good stay and I would recommend it.

Very central location for a stay in Aberdeen

Koi is an excellent host. She met us at the apartment, showed us around and gave us good information about the local area. There are two bus stops close by and the trip into central Aberdeen is only about 15 minutes. House was warm and is quite large. Beds are very comfortable.

Lovely flat and an interesting town

Authentic, central yet quiet

Authentic Aberdonian home on wonderfully quiet peaceful street. Great rooms, plenty of space and clearly loved. Two minutes to park(s) for the kids, five minutes for food and all other necessities, town centre very pleasant ten minutes, all on foot. Great place to explore Aberdeen and the surrounding area from, lots of different things to do within a 45 minute drive (or a ten minute walk).

Lovely house in good location

We stayed here for a few nights to attend a friends wedding. The house is very spacious and well kitted out it. It had everything we needed in it. The house was clean and the owner had provided us with a welcome pack with bread and milk. The location is good. Its not far from the city centre and has two lovely large parks within 5 minutes walking distance. There is a selection of small shops just around the corner including a co-op. Koi the owner is very friendly and was very accommodating. The house also has a nice garden. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Aberdeen.
