New hot tub in the backyard is the newest addition along with a dart board in the garage! Welcome to Anchor14, a luxury Westport home meant for friends & family to come and enjoy time on the WA coast. Perched up on hill so there is plenty of natural light & sunset views, and less than 10 minutes walk to the beach. Comfortably sleep 10 adults with 1 king, 3 queens & 2 twin beds, two living rooms, dining room plus kitchen bar, AC, large deck w/ BBQ, bonfire pit in the backyard. Minutes to restaurants, bars, grocery & other beaches! Pet friendly! Well stocked kitchen & home amenities.

This was a really beautiful and spacious house. There's plenty of space to house many people and I thought it was clean for the most part. One of my complaints is that the hot tub area in the back, we couldn't find the light-switch. So we were hanging out in the dark, there weren't any directions of where to find the lights. And lastly, the communication between the owner was very delayed on their side. I had sent a message back in May and only heard back after I left her some voicemails. Furthermore, the day of, I didn't receive instructions for check in until after I had left her another voicemail. Overall, it was a nice property but the communication was a bit difficult for me.

Quiet relaxing stay

We enjoyed our stay. 7 adults slept easily. Unfortunately the hot tub was not working when we arrived. It was warm but not hot, indicating that it likely quit just prior to our arrival. Very quiet location close enough to everything. We would happily book again.

Beach perfection

This was the perfect beach house for Westport! You're minutes from the beach, but tucked away on a quiet drive. Deer wander through, the stars are so bright, and the waves are close. Plus the house is the perfect layout for the kids to hang out! The entire lower level is bunk beds with a TV and the kids loved having their own space. Upstairs the grownups had the lovely kitchen and porch to snack, chat, and relax. The hot tub was also easy to use and to tidy up. Beds were comfortable, rooms are clean and spacious. Extra amenities like beach towels and puzzles and games were great too!

Nice beach home with hottub and claming gear

A nice clean house, hot tub was clean and hot, allowed our dogs, a short walk to the beach, host added razor claming gear upon request.The yard is not fenced, so dogs need to be under control while outside.

Amazing Christmas Vacation

The house was everything and more! Comfy beds and couches, AMAZING kitchen. Very responsive and helpful host and even put up a Christmas tree for us! Our family of 9 plus the dog had a great time!

Awesome beach house!

Beautifully redone and decorated, plenty of room to spread out for family and dogs- this place was exactly what we were looking for. Soft beds and an abundance of extra pillows and blankets. Kitchen was fully stocked- knives were sharp and the appliances were nice and new. Comfortable walk to the beach, and there's also a street for car access to the beach nearby. We highly tecommend you visit Anchor 14!

Worked perfect for our group

Layout worked great for our group of six adults 3 kids. Easy acces to town and the beach. Went to the pirate days while we were there. Dogs were welcome nice to have a roomy place for our group.

Spring getaway

A pleasant stay

Plenty of space for a medium-to-large group to spread out. The decorations have been thoughtfully selected to keep nosy or adventurous pets out of trouble. Everything was clean and tidy. The beach is walkable distance but for parties with less mobility there's a convenient beach access parking spot less than 5 minutes away.

Wonderful Rental

The owner is very responsive to messages. We were having issues with the fridge at 1st, but was able to resolve it immediately, as the owner got back to us right away and suggested that we flip the breaker. This fixed the issue and the fridge was pretty new, so this had not happened before. The decor was super cute and cozy. Our only real complaint is that there is no hot tub. My mom wanted to soak in a tub, since there was no hot tub, but did not, due to the caulking around the tub being black and needing to be replaced. The caulking was all in-tact and the tub was shiny clean, but black caulking was a bit of a turn off! Other than that, it was a wonderful rental and I would recommend staying!
