“Bra hotell centralt i Aberdeen. Frukosten mycket bra och nära till nöjesutbud och restauranger. Lite svårt att förstå hur man hittar till hotellet om man kommer med bil. Man måste parkera på stora parkeringen till köpcentret (betalparkering) och sedan gå igenom hela köpcentret och en trappa upp. Ganska lång väg om man har mycket bagage, typ golfbagar. I övrigt var allt bra!”
“Rymligt deluxe-rum. Kaffe, the och varm choklad som vanligt på hotell i Storbritannien. Sängarna fasta/hårda. Det fanns bara en morgonrock och ett par tofflor trots att det var ett rum för två personer. Minibaren var ur funktion och när vi frågade om det sade de att de inte använder minibarer i rummen. Däremot fick vi var sin gratis drink i baren. Personalen var väldigt trevlig överlag. Rummet var rymligt och badrummet likaså. Badrummet var dessutom bra upplyst. Allt som allt trivdes vi bra och...
“A very nice hotel. Good restaurant, tea room and pub in the basement . Beautifull surrounding (hotel garden). Very good training possibilities both trails and gym. Also a nice spa in the hotel. The staff was ambitious but some of them would be better with some hotel and restaurant service training - in general a very good stay. ”
“The reception staffs are friendly especially Susan who is very welcoming. The room is clean and spacious. All the staffs are very welcoming. The hotel is located in a very good location not far from the wedding venue. Good value for money.”
“The breakfast had very limited options and the reception didn't care to ask if the customer needed any refills on the buffet, even though it was almost an whole hour left of it.

Very luxurious, great service and surroundings. Delicious breakfast (cooked to order). I stayed in a junior suite, which was rather like a full suite. Quick room service with their full dining menu - terrific food! Huge bathorrom with both shower and tub and plenty of luxury products and towels etc. Minibar with a vast sortiment - and all water softdrinks for free. Good internet.

“The staff were all friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. It was a shame that the car park was so cluttered with rubbish. We would definitely stay again. ”
“Nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are small but has all the necessities. No lift though. Good breakfast made to your order.
The establishment includes a pub with mainly local clients (w. dogs in many cases) and a resturant. However there are fire doors that effectively prevent noise in hotel part. In summary, a good, cosy and wellkept pub hotell.”

"I have a challenge with wall-mounted showers with low water-pressure. It takes forever to clean off the soap. You spend too much time in the shower. Poor lighting in the bathroom makes it hard to shave properly. The breakfast is nice but as all hotels today they have super-tiny glasses for juice. Management think people will drink less juice and they believe they will save money. But all it does is making everyone stand up and walk across the room four times for a refill. "
