“The access is made through a side door entrance. A grey looking corridor leads you to 1st floor flat. Great entrance with comfy corner chair facing a shoe rack. Living room and main bedroom overlook the main square of Aberfeldy. Very pittoresque. Kitchen and Bathroom had showroom effect, clean, functional and practical. “Nice and cosy little house. Very well equiped kitchen, small bathroom with shower/tub combination. Not even 5 min away from Aberfeldy when driving by car. Small parking space behind the house. Had a great stay but the check-in was terrible. The house you see on the picture is divided in two guest houses. So there are two doors with two different key boxes. They gave me the wrong code so i had to call the emergency number i got in the chat because i didn't get a immediate response via chat or...

“Excellent stay at Silver Birch. The bed was extremely comfy and the tree house was really well equipped and well furnished. Hot tub was lovely to appreciate the views. Only minor points we would make would be the shower was a little disappointing compared to how luxurious everything else was. Also the spiral stairs to the hot tub felt quite loose, not the safest option. ”

“Our party was two married couples all about 60 years old staying one night. We found the space clean, well stocked with a small grocery store close by. The owner was easy to communicate with and provided excellent information. Renters do need to be aware of the loft bedroom access via pull down ladder as some might find it challenging. However, we did not and would stay there again.”

“What an amazing property. A real hidden gem. Property was much larger and more spacious than I expected from the listing. Social living areas downstairs were just fabulous and bedroom spaces upstairs were great. A couple of the bedrooms a bit rough round the edges however all bedrooms nice and clean. Outdoor space was great with a fire pit and outdoor furniture. The propertys location is great for peace and quiet, although there is one property next to it we never seen or heard anyone...

"Enkelt hotell. Första rummet hade en toa en trappa upp. Toan funkade inte då fick vi direkt ett nytt rum. Andra rummet hade en märklig dusch. Duschkabinen var ett högt trappsteg upp och hade en ganska smal öppning. Inte jättebekvämt. Ok hotell. Ingen frukost serverades. "
