“Sparkling clean and very spacious with gorgeous waterfront view. We were in Driftwood. We appreciated the amenities provided, the clear instructions on check in and out as well as the tips provided. There are wonderful breakfast options nearby and while we spent most of our time in Bar Harbor and Acadia, we appreciated being away from a busy downtown. Just note that from the more popular Acadia attractions, this is about a 20 min drive. Road noise wasn't too bad, we used the fans and ran the AC...

“The Art Nook was absolutely wonderful. Photos don’t do it justice. It was so clean and had everything we needed for our 4 day stay. Plenty of linens and other supplies like dish soap, laundry detergent , shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towel, basic kitchen items. We were right in the heart of the downtown area. Easy walking to shops and restaurants. With windows open at night you could hear the street noise, but we just closed the windows. A/C worked great. And the onsite parking spot was...

“We stayed in apartment 16 and found it roomy and comfortable for the 3 of us. Great proximity to Mt Desert Island and lobster! I was concerned about being close to the airstrip, but it wasn't loud. People staying upstairs were courteous, but you definitely wake up whenever they start walking around upstairs. We enjoyed the hotub, fire pit with cute s'mores kits and snacks. So glad to have laundry available after all that hiking and biking!”

“Lacked a little in supplies like paper towels but overall, really really good: three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, laundry, full size fridge. Everything we needed as a base for exploring Acadia.”

“Great apartment very close to restaurants and a short drive to Acadia. Great to be so close but away from the crowds in Bar Harbor. We had everything we needed, and excellent communication with our host.”

“This was the perfect place to access Acadia—30 min. from our door to the top of Cadillac Mtn.—and for our family of four to share meals together. The living room was comfortable and the bedrooms were quiet. Be sure to bring any food needed for the kitchen, including coffee, oil, etc. We would definitely stay here again!”

“We were extremely happy with the location, ease of check in, cleanliness and the overall layout and space in the condo. We had a wonderful week exploring. We had trouble getting the local channels on the main TV in the living room but other than that, total satisfaction and we would stay again!”

“Physician’s Loft does not disappoint! The flat has all the amenities that we could ever want. It is also very stylish and comfortable. Loved staying right in Bar Harbor so we could walk to anything. Didn’t realize there was a second bathroom until end of stay but what a bonus! A lot of thought was put into this place and we really appreciated it. ”

“Location of the house is great! Everything in bar harbor is walkable and it’s a quick drive to Acadia. The house is well stocked. My only small criticism is that some of the appliances and the mattress seem pretty outdated, so I say 4.75/5. I loved all the bird themed decor :)Thanks for a great stay!”

“This property was perfect for our family trip. The drive into Acadia and to the Visitor Center was minutes away. Bar Harbor was a manageable walk from the condo for our family. We only drove in once to pick up groceries.The host was great and very responsive to all of my questions. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this condo as a great place to stay to experience the area.”

“We had an amazing week hiking in Acadia, enjoying Bar Harbor, and on the water. The house is on the outskirts of Bar Harbor and we enjoyed the quiet location. We walked into town a few times but mostly drove since there is no sidewalk and it requires walking on the side of the road, but it was easy to get in and out. The house is dog friendly with a small yard. Overall, this was great and we would stay here again if we return to Bar Harbor!”
