âWe first stayed for four days in a "Studio". The "Studio" (one large room) worked really well as an "office". However, the internet connection was not up to standard. Skype meetings lagged much and this is unacceptable in a University city as Chapel Hill. In the apartment I am currently staying in Carrboro Skype works much better so Hampton Inn must be able to do better. We also stayed in a "normal" room at Hampton Inn and internet worked equally poor there. The hotel has a well-priced parking...
âWhat makes this hotel so special is the staff. From the moment you enter the door Jerry greets you and treats you as though you have entered a five star resort. I did encounter some problems with noise and he took care of the it immediately and professionally. I also ordered room service and it was delivered quickly and the food was very good. The staff here is amazing. But again, I must say Jerry is one of the best Iâve ever meet in this business!â
âThe hotel was very clean and had everything that I needed. The only thing that I didn't like was having to pay for parking. I understand that, in the middle of a big city, parking is very hard to find, and it can be a big cost for a company but, in here, there were plenty of space available. It was not a gated or security watched parking so, why the extra fee? â
