“Overall this property was excellent! The room and bathroom were clean and huge. Very high ceilings made it feel quite spacious. If you are driving, pay attention to the parking situation. You have to park at P1 and then walk, but it’s not far. The upside is that you’re staying right on the edge of town.”

“Our mini apartment was so cute! Everything was perfect, the balcony behind the bathroom was perfect and the walking distance to the historic center is amazing. Also the owners offering a breakfast for 5 euro ( coffee, cappuccino, hot tea. Yogurt, fruit, fresh orange juice, crostata and biscotti home made very yummy! All of these buffet style. ”

“Very clean property in the hills. We appreciated the video of how to find the apartment, since the roads going up can be confusing. While we wish there was A/C, we still enjoyed the breathtaking view of Orvieto from the patio. It was easy to get to town via car. The hosts were friendly.”

“The property is extremely well located near the start of the old town and was walkable to everywhere. Our room was small but very lovely and when we stuck our heads out of the window, we had an amazing view of the old town! The only problem was parking - we couldnt find any bc of a festival - but thats not the hotels fauot! Just be a bit organsjed - and i recommend parking behind the bus terminal (Eu10 per day).”

“Perfect place to stay while visiting Orvieto. Beautiful historic building in the heart of the historic center. Walkable to all area sites, shopping, and restaurants. Our host Jasmin went above and beyond to offer us a ride from the train station and arranged a taxi for us on the morning of our departure. ”

"Stannade 5 nätter, 4 pers. Supertrevligt hotell, lite utanför stadskärnan men det var i vår smak, tog ca 10-15 min att gå. Fin utsikt mot stad och natur, fin pool och bra Aperil Spritz. Supertrevlig personal. Bra parkering om man har bil, lätt att ta sig ut. Bra städning. Gillade det verkligen och kan bo där igen. Det som kan bli ännu bättre: luktar lite fukt i badrummet, sängen var sådär men funkar (var lite hård och skranglig), lite lyhört mellan rummen men det funkar."

"A 10/10 experience throughout (and an amazing hot spring, with millennia worth of history). Not for anyone going for a budget experience, but worth every penny. Can recommend trying to stay for at least a couple of nights, as a single night might make you struggle to do everything you can and want to do. Only issues were a misunderstanding during check-out (so I had to pay twice for something, but I had thrown away the receipt so partially my fault), and that the valet parking guy had changed all settings on my car as it was returned."

"Pienza is a small picturesque town located in the middle of the wonderfully beautiful Tuscan countryside. Well worth a visit!! It takes about 1 hour from Siena by car and the journey there is very beautiful. The hotel is absolutely wonderful with fantastic views of Tuscany. It is quiet and peaceful and breakfast was taken with a wonderful view and was great. The staff very nice and friendly can clearly recruit this hotel."
