“Front desk staff were great. Room was one of the nicest I’ve stayed in. At breakfast on Saturday the waffle batter would not come out and I thought it was empty as did other guests. The attendant was slow to help with the issue. Turns out the batter was way too thick and I suggested thinning it out slightly. She just agreed it was too thick and walked away. Minor thing but it was odd nonetheless.”

“The hotel is definitely aged/old property. The entry breakfast area was very small and aged. It was clean. The room looked somewhat modernized, beds were comfortable. The bathroom was decent but old and battered. Lots of patching up on things. We were on the side of property facing the Hwy. It was noisy. The windows were old and thin. The actual breakfast of cereals, bagels, bread and waffles was very basic. Don’t drink the coffee. AC was fine. Was it the 8 plus rating it got ? NO. I would have...

“Rooms were clean and large. We had 3 adults and 2 kids in a suite. Hot tub was hot! Breakfast was good!”

“Spider webs stains in curtains water in tub wouldn't completely shut off. No continental breakfast. Smelled stale and old. Wall paper pealing. Outside looked terrible and un inviting. Back hurts from the bed almost 36 hrs later. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone... personally would like a full refund..”

“Breakfast was fair. Parking was very sketchy. The room curtains were stained as well as the sheets on one bed. The tub did not drain well during the shower which left you standing in water”

“They have a protective cover on the mattress that makes it feel like a toddlers mat at a daycare center. The bed was not soft at all. This place would be a 10/10 if they would have a soft mattress pad instead of the a hard plastic pee pad on the bed”

“The facility was at maximum capacity. The swimming pool and hot tub were not working. Unless an inquiry was made, one would have assumed the reason was to save the corporation expense for repairs. Very sad. Ice machine near our room was not functioning. Housekeeping was 10 out of 10 rating. Kudos to housekeeping.”

“Very clean and welcoming environment. Rooms are nice and comfortable. Located in the heart of 4th st for those that looking for late night adventure. Easy parking access to hotel. Make it an every time stay when I’m in Sioux City.”

“Do not use in-room restroom. Check before using. Check room furniture for cleanliness and functionality. Breakfast options were minimal at best. Good luck”
