Positioned on the ground floor towards the rear of the building, the home offers a peaceful retreat just a three-minute walk from Glenelg Beach.

The open-plan living and dining area is designed for easy everyday comfort, with comfortable seating, a smart TV and air conditioning for year-round enjoyment. Whether you`re enjoying your morning coffee or unwinding after a day by the beach, the outdoor setting provides a quiet place to relax. The well-equipped kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals during your stay, with modern appliances, generous bench space, a coffee machine and breakfast bar seating. A nearby dining table provides a cosy setting for shared meals, planning the day`s adventures or catching up on work.

The bedroom continues the calm coastal feel with a comfortable queen bed, built-in wardrobe and a dedicated workspace for guests needing to stay connected. While there is no separate heating or cooling unit in the bedroom, the living area`s split system is generally sufficient to heat and cool the apartment. The oversized ensuite bathroom includes a walk-in shower, vanity and laundry facilities, adding extra convenience for extended stays.

Only street parking is available, while nearby bus stops provide convenient public transport. Glenelg Beach, the Esplanade and Jetty Road`s cafés, restaurants and boutiques are all within an easy stroll, making this an ideal base for a relaxed coastal getaway.

Please note that noise from the neighbouring units may reach inside. Consequently, please keep noise to a minimum to avoid disturbing neighbours, especially in the corridors.
Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
