The Space:

It offers a retreat among an ancient olive grove, overlooking century-old vines in McLaren Vale. The property is approximately 35 minutes from Adelaide and is situated about 35 kilometers away from the city, it's a quaint farm stay experience near iconic South Australian landmarks.



Discover the beauty of Port Willunga, explore the vibrant marine life at Port Noarlunga, or take a stroll along the Hallett Cove Boardwalk. Nature enthusiasts can appreciate the nearby Wittunga Botanic Garden and the sprawling expanses of Glenthorne National Park as well.



A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home is set in one of the best tiny house rentals and serene locations with abundant natural bushland, easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas-heated for hot showers).

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please note that there will be a second tiny house called "Pedlar Tiny House" that sits on the same property. If you want to book in groups, please contact your land host 24 hrs in advance to make arrangements.



Guest Access:

Guests can access the tiny house and surrounding areas. Guests may enter from Carissa Road down a rubble track.



We also have e-bikes for rent, for only $50 per day, and effortlessly explore the area.

- Port Willunga Beach is renowned as one of the most captured shorelines. Situated about 35 kilometers south of Adelaide, this beach is celebrated for its striking golden cliffs, pristine waters, and velvety white sands.

- Port Noarlunga is a coastal hamlet situated around 30 kilometers south of Adelaide, offering ideal conditions for swimming, kayaking, snorkeling, diving, and fishing. Renowned for its striking red sandstone cliffs along the beach.

- Hallett Cove Boardwalk is a clifftop boardwalk stretching from Marino to Hallett Cove, tracing the rocky coastline. Explore the distinctive surroundings of Adelaide's shoreline, featuring rugged cliffs and rocky reef platforms.

- Glenthorne National Park a new national park in Adelaide's southern suburbs, is now open to the public. Spanning 7,000 square meters, it is one of South Australia's largest nature play spaces.

Getting Around:

By car:



- Just 35 km from the Adelaide CBD, Kingsgate Tiny Houses can be reached in approximately 35 minutes by car outside of peak traffic times.

- Both 2WD and 4WD vehicles can easily access the property.



By public transport:



- Uber and taxi services offer convenient options for reaching Kingsgate from the CBD.

- There is a bus service available from the Adelaide CBD, providing a straightforward route for those preferring public transportation.



Other Things to Note:

- Wifi is not available

- Pets are allowed by prior notice

- Weber Q and open-fire BBQ Grill is available

- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed

- Smoking is allowed in certain areas on the property

- E-bikes are available for rent at $50 per bike, per day

- Please note that pet policies will be sent prior to arrival

- Please expect limited connectivity as the tiny house is set in a rural locality

- Pets are not allowed on beds and sofas and clean after your pet’s droppings

- Don’t forget to close the windows and lock doors when leaving the tiny house/ property

- Please clean up after your pet’s shedding before checking out courtesy of other guests

- Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and electronics (e.g., especially chargers)

- Mobile reception has good signals for Telstra, Optus, and Vodafone; The rest have no signal

- Please note that this is a PET-FRIENDLY property, and pet policies will be sent prior to arrival

- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge

- Gates need to be left as they were found. For example, they should be left open if found open and closed if closed.

- Please be advised that it is a working farm so there are tractors (and potential noise), and free-roaming farm animals from time to time on our property.



Important note:



- Keep in mind that outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present in the surrounding areas

- For stays of 5 nights or more (or for bookings of 5 nights or more), an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
