Perfectly positioned in Henley Beach, just a ten-minute stroll from the shoreline, jetty and vibrant Henley Square, this stylish coastal retreat makes it easy to settle into relaxed beachside living. Spend your days exploring the area`s popular cafés and restaurants, enjoying walks along the foreshore, or visiting the nearby parks and playgrounds, all within easy reach.

The light-filled open-plan living and dining area is designed for comfort, whether you`re returning from a day by the water, enjoying a quiet evening in, or catching up on work from the dedicated workspace. Thoughtful furnishings, a smart TV and warm finishes create a welcoming space to relax and recharge. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a fridge, oven, gas cooktop, dishwasher, and a Nespresso machine. Outside, the private rear courtyard extends the living space; start the day with coffee in the morning sun before heading to the beach, or unwind with a drink in the evening and make the most of the outdoor heating on cooler nights.

The home offers two comfortable bedrooms. The first features a queen bed and heater, while the second includes a double bed. Both bedrooms provide mirrored wardrobes with plenty of storage for longer stays. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower and vanity with storage, while a separate laundry with a washing machine adds everyday convenience.

A dedicated parking space is located directly in front of the unit.
Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
