An amazing slice of heaven
On arrival I was blown away how beautiful the property was. When we entered our cottage I loved how clean, tidy and well organized everything was. There were lots of personal touches that I thought were great. The host was very helpful and shared information about local activities and events on in the area. Many beautiful wineries in walking distance. This place was definitely a little slice of heaven on earth.

Lovely cottage, views & wildlife. Very relaxing.
Lovely cottage, clean, comfortable, everything at your fingertips. Plenty of bird life and stunning views of the sunset & sunrise. Walking distance to wineries.

quaint cottage
Had a lovely 2 day stay. The cotttage was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The provisions suplied were more than adequate. Georg was very helpful supplying information for local wineries and eateries. The combustion heater was a nice touch with plenty of wood supplied. Another day would have been nice. The only recommendation would be to identify which cottage you have once the booking is confirmed as there are 3. Luckily Georg was on site to tell us, but if we had arrived late and needed to get the key from the key safe, it may have been entertaining

Thanks so much for your great review Mervyn. Always great to read when our guests enjoy what we have to offer - whether it's the breakfast supplies, the wood combustion heater and above all the over all experience with wineries in walking distance. Will definitely check into the messaging, as the cottage should be called out in your booking confirmation from Home Away already. Plus, there is actually the text message that you have received from us on day of arrival, which includes the check-in instructions like key code and also the cottage name. But if all fails, we always try to meet our guests on arrival (we do live on the property) to share local tips and recommendations!
