Entry is via a seamless self-check-in process. Detailed arrival instructions, including car park access, will be sent to you prior to your check-in time.

The apartment is located within a secure building, and access is available only to registered guests.

We like to give our guests complete privacy to enjoy their sanctuary as if it were their own. For that reason, we use a self-check-in system.

However, we are only a message away! We are available via the Airbnb app to assist with any questions or provide local recommendations to ensure your stay in Glenelg is perfect.

📋 House Policies & Enhancements

Check-in/Check-out: To ensure the apartment is pristine for every guest, check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. (Enjoy that extra hour of sleep!)

Quiet Sanctuary: This is a premium residential building. We kindly ask that you respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum, especially after 9:00 PM. No parties or events are permitted.

Smoke-Free: To keep our apartment fresh for all guests, this is a strictly non-smoking and non-vaping property (including the balcony area).

Premium Upgrades: As mentioned, our early check-in, late check-out, and additional cleaning services are popular. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a link to request these add-ons.

Murphy Bed Note: For bookings of 1-2 guests, the Murphy bed remains tucked away to maximize space unless requested in advance (additional fee may apply). For 3-4 guests, setup is included in your booking.

Professional Standards: We use professional hotel-grade linen and high-end cleaning protocols to ensure the apartment is pristine for your arrival.
