The open-plan living area is designed for easy everyday living, with a comfortable sofa, Smart TV and plenty of natural light to unwind after a day exploring Adelaide. Adjacent, the dining table seats four, making it just as suitable for shared meals as it is for working remotely. The retro-inspired kitchen adds character while remaining fully equipped for real cooking, complete with an oven, stovetop, microwave, full-size fridge, pod coffee machine and all the essentials needed to prepare meals with ease.

The bedroom provides a peaceful retreat with a queen bed, mirrored built-in wardrobes, split-system air conditioning and soft natural light. Nearby, the contemporary bathroom features a walk-in enclosed shower and a clean, modern finish to help you refresh with ease.

Beyond the kitchen, you`ll find a dedicated laundry with a washing machine, iron and drying rack for added convenience during longer stays. Step outside to the private rear courtyard, where a charming outdoor setting offers the perfect place to enjoy a coffee or unwind in the fresh air. A driveway parking space for one vehicle is included, and the rear gate provides direct access to the nearby train station, making it easy to explore the surrounding suburbs and Adelaide CBD without needing to drive.

Please note: The home is located on the ground level of a three-level townhouse complex, so some noise from upstairs residents may occasionally be heard. Additionally, train noise can be frequent and may be loud during operating hours.
Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
