Loved the location, under 10 min walk to super restaurants on Picton's Main St. We really enjoyed the outdoor area - for both an al fresco lunch, and after dinner wine. “Good location, easy to access with ample parking. Rooms were clean. Space is small and could use a bit of maintenance but served our purpose as a place to crash close to Picton for one night.”

“The stove wasn’t working and periodically gave a beep (similar to a fire alarm low battery). We didn’t need it so just unplugged it. The owner was responsive and offered to fix it but since it didn’t impact us we told them it could wait. Only mentioning in case it still isn’t fixed for the next renter so that they have proof it’s a known issue. ”

“The house is great for two or three couples. It is on a very quiet street near the water but You can easily walk into town. The place was a little cold when we got there but we contacted Ashley and she turned the AC off as requested. She responded very quickly. Thanks for a great stay.”

Just a family of four and it didn't dissappoint. Great communication with the owners, we will definitely consider Hotel Karydia again for next year. ”
