“Front desk staff Alena was super helpful! The staff cooking the omelettes and the staff managing breakfast were wonderful. Roomkeepers were efficient. The biggest issues were baby squeals echoing from the center gathering space until late and late night door slams from neighbors, and that is a design issue. The staff was fantastic.”

“I asked before check in if the pool was open. They said yes. I specifically booked it because it had a pool. I walked up to the pool, it was out of order. I asked for the manager to co tact me during the stay. She never did. Conditioner bottle was empty during the stay. Big issue when you are already in the shower. Breakfast area was not clean or well kept during breakfast times. Pretty messy.”

“We only stayed one night. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. For the price, I was happy with the cleanliness of the hotel. The lobby, breakfast area-all was well kept and clean. The parking lot looked a little sketchy but for the price I wasn't expecting much. Only thing they had for the free breakfast was waffles or cereal, not many options there. Overall I would stay again for a quick trip.”

“Terrible stay. As a mobility scooter user, navigating the tiny bathroom was incredibly difficult, made worse because no ADA rooms were available despite booking 2 weeks out. The room was rundown with cracked paint and worn furniture, lacking a microwave, sink towel racks, and sufficient towels. ​The biggest issue was the front desk clerk, Rama, who explicitly lied and gaslit me.
