“Stort och fint hotell i närheten av flygvapnets akademi. Själva Colorado Springs är mycket fint och storslaget, men väldigt utsträckt i ytan.”

“No shampoo or soap in the room. Cmon basic services. The staff at the desk was exceptional. But getting in a shower to find all 3 bottles empty? Come on. ”

“It was a great breakfast and the hotel had everything we needed in our short stay.”

“Parking a bit tight, but room was clean and bed comfortable ”

“Plenty of parking and good location. This hotel is in desperate need of some tlc! Shower nozzle broken, tv difficulties, peeling ‘popcorn’ ceiling above sleeping area, sticky carpet, washer/dryer out of order, blah & repetitive breakfast with no fruit. Staff attempted to help but fell short. Upgraded us to a ‘suite’ that was cleaner but still a sad attempt at an upgrade. Would not recommend this hotel until it undergoes a full renovation.”

“Although it was a long wait for a room, we understood being short staffed and with back to back check in and outs kevin did an amazing job.... I stay at woodsprings all the time now while traveling so far they have great employees.. And cant complain about the amazing views ”

“Room was dirty. Nobody at the front desk. Lobby dirty. Floors dirty. I was shocked.”

“Great view. Breakfast wasnt great. Waffle maker but no syrup. Cwreal tasted stale. ”

“Our ac was broken but still worked sort of. Green Mountain coffee is not good. Otherwise was all fine!”
