“Everything about the guesthouse was above and beyond our expectations!! When we first booked the guesthouse, we thought, "oh we paid a pretty cheap price, so it'd be a basic place. Just a bed and a bathroom. It's not a hotel, so surely there won't be much facilities." And so we were prepared for that. Hotel claims they no longer work with Expedia so they didn't have my Expedia-confirmed reservation... and I had to pay again (so paid both to Expedia online and to Hotel in-person)... confusing and not good. A refund is deserved here... right Expedia?”
