The apartment:
This beautiful 64m² apartment, completely renovated, is located in the heart of the port center. Its location on the second floor (with elevator allowing level access from the parking space to the apartment) allows it to have a beautiful unobstructed view of the Cap d'Agde Ferris wheel and the port center (barbecue square).
The residence is located in the lively heart of the city of Cap d'Agde where there are shops, restaurants, bars, water activities and various entertainment, ideal for family holidays.
Access to the residence is secure:
- By digicode for pedestrian access.
- By badges for the parking lot gates.
- By intercom for access to the building.
The apartment has been almost completely renovated in 2025, it can accommodate up to 8 beds + 1 baby bed (travel cot) and includes:
