Completely renovated in 2020, this accommodation is the ideal pied-à-terre for sea lovers: boat trips, relaxation on the beach reserved for residents and water sports, not forgetting the variety of landscapes and activities that the region has to offer: hiking at the Agde volcano, visits to museums, wine estates or nature reserves, festivals...
Bright and welcoming, this house has all the necessary comforts: a beautiful living room with a lounge area, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room, a bathroom, a patio and a terrace, leading to your private dock with a breathtaking view of the sea!

The house :
Located opposite the marina's waterfront, the accommodation is composed as follows:

Ground floor:
- A beautiful and bright living room with a sitting area equipped with a corner sofa, a coffee table and a TV.
- A functional and fully equipped kitchen: central island, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee machine.
- Bedroom 1: a double bed and plenty of storage space.
- A bathroom with a shower, a washbasin, a washing machine, a dryer, a hair dryer and a toilet.

On the first floor:
- Bedroom 2: a double bed with a direct view of the marina and equipped with a washbasin, dressing table, dressing room and reversible air conditioning.
- Bedroom 3: two single beds, dressing room and air conditioning.
- A bathroom with a bathtub, a washbasin and a hairdryer.
- Separate toilet.

Outside :
- A magnificent 30 m² terrace with trees, facing west with a breathtaking view over the water! It is equipped with garden furniture, an awning, deckchairs, a barbecue and has direct access via a small gate to the private quay of the accommodation.
- An intimate patio of 15 m², east facing, closed and with trees with garden furniture to enjoy a relaxing moment outside!

Neighbourhood:
The accommodation is ideally located in an exceptional environment that is the almost private island of Marinas! In the heart of Cap d'Agde, you will be only 50 meters walk from the private beach of the island, public transport and the city centre where you will find all the amenities: bakery, butcher shop, mini-markets, shops, restaurants, bars, markets and night activities.

Activities :
- Relaxing on the private beach of the marina or water activities: boat trips, paddle, jet-ski etc..
- Visit of wine estates and tasting of regional products.
- Visit of the city of Agde : Cathedral Saint-Etienne, museums, river port etc..
- Hike to the Mont-Saint-Loup, Bagnas lock.
- Trips to the theatre, cinema and arenas, spa and balneotherapy.
- Aqualand Park, LunaPark, horse riding, Casino, paintball, bowling...
- Visits to surrounding towns and villages: Le Grau d'Agde, La Tamassière, Pézenas...

- Bicycle hire nearby.
- Bus: "Les Nautiles" stop located at about 5 min walk.
- Agde train station located 6 km away (10 min by car).
- Béziers-Cap d'Agde airport 15 km away (16 min by car).

Other remarks:
- A private car park is available in front of the accommodation, a second car park reserved for residents is also available.
- Bed linen and towels are extra: rental of sheets and towels: 20,00€ for 2 persons, or 10,00€ for a single bed.
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- The accommodation does not have Wi-Fi, however, access to the Marina's Wi-Fi is available for a fee.
- Other services are available on request, for a fee: dry cleaning, shopping on request, bouquet of flowers, gourmet basket, chilled drinks on arrival etc.. These services are to be paid for on site with our local service provider.
