“Booking this hotel through Expedia was an exemplary experience from the very first moment. The reservation process was impeccably smooth, transparent, and flawlessly executed, inspiring complete confidence long before our arrival. The property itself surpassed every expectation. The caldera panorama was utterly mesmerizing, creating one of the most breathtaking settings we have ever experienced. Our room was immaculately presented, exquisitely appointed, and every detail reflected refined...

“Amazing experience with an amazing view. We were well taken care of, no complaints.”

“Fantastiskt läge men vackra vyer.”

“The staff was nice and friendly, they helped us with tips and advice even outside normal hours. The room is very comfortable and has a unique design which adds to the experience. Breakfast is plentiful and served privately, so you get to enjoy the view while having breakfast. The jacuzzi (honeymoon suite in our case) is reasonably private, contrary to most other hotels so you really get a unique experience here. The view is spectacular! Mind you that the hotel view towards north West is a...

“The staff here is amazing. They are incredibly communicative and helpful. Beautiful room with private hot tub and roof top.”

“The room itself is stunning, quirky cave with a lot of space, the bed was comfy and the shower powerful , the view is the opposite side of the caldera but beautiful none the less, uninterrupted views and a lovely tranquil outdoor space to watch the sun rise or set , breakfast was superb and served outside the room so add this option on if you can , room was super clean, crisp white, host provided great communication, it’s a quiet spot about 10 mins from the main town which makes it nice and...

“We stayed here for 1 week and I can confidently say that this was a great stay for couples! The location was 6 minutes walk away from the main center. The hotel room was super cozy, and had a romantic feel, especially during the evenings. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, they made the stay even more comfortable; they treated their guests professionally but with so much warmth as if we were family. Highly recommend staying here for high class service. Thank you so much to our...

“Rent rum, personal var väldigt hjälpsamma, underbart utsikt”

“Staying at Veranda View was everything we had hoped for and more!! The view from our bedroom was absolutely lovely and the balcony was also great. Anastasia was very helpful! She let us drop off our luggage early and gave us some great recommendations for places to try out. Great stay!”

“Wonderful establishment overlooking caldera. Private jacuzzi and very comfortable beds. By far the best hospitality by a hotel staff we have ever experienced. You feel like a guest, not a customer. They proactively communicate, provide many helpful insights, and arrange drivers whenever needed. Fantastic breakfast served in your room everyday. Would definitely stay again!”

“The room was spacious and beds were comfy. The view was spectacular. Showers were hot and had a great water pressure. Bed linens and towels were all ample and high quality. Room was clean. However—there was mold in the bathroom, we had an early flight and they wouldn’t drop off a breakfast for us, and there’s no front desk staff late at night or early in the morning. This place is more of an air bnb than a hotel in that way. One morning we had no power. The patio is marked as private but...
