âAll in all a medium to bad experience. The so called junior suite had one bed and one sofa at the end of the bed, all outdated. One small tv. For the price it was not worth the value.
As for the silver benefits and exclusive club benefits they where not presented to me. It doesnât seem they are applicable this time, unclear why.
After 24 years of coming to this same hotel, 1998 was the first time, and several years as club member I think I will try another hotel next time.â

âThe hotel is a new modern hotel and was very clean. I stayed at floor 4 so avoid the noise from the street but it didn't help. Even if i didn't hear the traffic the noise from elevators machine room and my neighbours I couldn't sleep. The walls must be very thin because I could hear almost everything from my neighbours room.

Our rooms were clean and stock, comfortable, we were in the 8th floor, next time I will ask for a higher floor because at times you could hear the car honking, but other than that it was great! â
