“The staff are very sweet, friendly and accommodating. The food is amazing especially if you book the restaurants, I booked the steakhouse (The Cut) and the Mediterranean restaurant (Bellum) both so flavourful, even the buffet is good, I normally get veggies and their steak, nachos at lunch with their salsas and sauces, the nacho chips are so good. The desserts are great too not super sweet, everything was very easy for me. Make sure u hav travel insurance in case of emergencies. Drinks are great...

“The rooms were modern, in good repair, daily cleaning staff was excellent. Food was very good , fresh lots of variety. Restaurant choices were very nice and good variety. Pools gorgeous and clean . Beach area was fairly clean and lots of sand to walk daily. Staff friendly and attentive especially in buffet dining. Entertainment was varied and some excellent bands, singers, piano lounge, MJ, magician were all enjoyable ”

“The room was not new but it was nice. The TV and the hair dryer weren't working at first. They fixed the TV there was more of learning how to use it. And the hair dryer you needed to pull the trigger like a gun, but it worked fine after that. The beach was fantastic the pool and drinks were very good, the food was acceptable. The Japanese and Mexican restaurants were the best. We came for the golf and we enjoyed the golf thoroughly. Thank you too Jose Bautista who helped us out. ”

“This was my first time at an all inclusive resort and although it’s not my thing I have to say that I had a great experience. The place itself is gorgeous, and it’s evident that it is brand new as everything is in mint condition. Food was good and breakfast was excellent. Pools and beach are amazing, big ups for serving drinks using premium alcohol!! Gym was really good for being a hotel gym. Lastly, super service from everyone in the staff!”

I thought the food was very good. Especially the Strip steakhouse, Sofritos which served authentic Dominican food, and the Italian Restaurant on the Dreams Onyx side which we had access to. “Our room cleaning service was impeccable...our cleaning lady Francesca is a credit to her profession and an absolute doll! Every employee we interacted with were exceptional...from our Butler Henry who was so incredibly attentative, helpful, and professional, to our dining servers Jesus and Aleandro to name a few that made us feel welcome and special every single day. Lastly...when you have a swim up bar...the service can be dicey, but when it is being provided by Leandro, he is second to none!...

“It was absolutely incredible. The grounds are spectacular—lush, beautiful, and perfectly maintained. The pool is fantastic, and the lazy river is so much fun. The bars are outstanding—great cocktails and a lively atmosphere. I have to give a special shoutout to Carlos Enrique—his warm hospitality made our stay truly exceptional. I can’t recommend Ocean El Faro enough—this resort is a real gem!”
