Gårdshotell i Aguas Calientes

“This is a good hotel, and our room had a fantastic view. The only reason for our bad review was related to two things. First, we had to have maintenance to our room twice, first because the remote control for heating did not work, and then the safe stopped working due to bad batteries. The second thing was that when we wanted advice on how to best find a guide for Machu Picchu, the woman in the reception recommended their trusted service with a Local tour operator. But she said the guide was not...

“好！位置好！下火车步行几分钟可达。早餐早，有利于早出发去马丘比丘。可以寄存行李”

“Friendly and helpful staff. Small but cozy. Beautifully decorated room. Central heating. Hot shower. Amazing breakfast.”

“Nreat hotel for a stay in Aguas Calientes. It's not mentioned in the descrition but to get to the hotel, you will need to go through steep steps. Still hotel its nice, has a nice view and the location is great.”

“Clean room and facilities. Friendly staff”

“No one onsite when we arrived the hotel to check in at 11 am. There were 2 groups already waiting for staff to show up. I whatsapp and phoned and finally someone showed up after 15 mins. Small room and note that there is no elevator. Also trains run right outside of the hotel and make huge noise and vibrations during daytime. OK breakfast. We only need to stay one night like many other tourists this is just a stop to Machu Pichu. Hotel near bus stop to MP and many restaurants and shops around,...

“Good location very close to the bus service for Machu Picchu. Good beds, slept very well. Friendly staff and good breakfast. ”

“Hotellet är rent och fräscht och ligger ett stenkast från tågstationen och busstationen för vidare färd mot Macchu Picchu. Enkelt hotell men perfekt för en natt eller två :)”

“Trevligt hotel i lugn del av staden. Tyvärr inte så varmt vatten i duschen.”

“Bra vistelse utifrån priset. Blev hämtad på tågstation. Enklare frukost. ”

“Close to bus stop and lots of restaurants and shops. The rooms are small and need hanging space. There was no hanging space or shelf or closet to put your clothes.”

“Not a good experience at all. Run down and dirty. Stunk. Tiniest bathroom-size of airplane bathroom. Got bites all over my arms and legs at night from something. Bites turned into welts and caused muscle pain. Breakfast in morning was cold. Warmer under food was not plugged in. Staff were trying to be helpful but didn’t know English well. Got charged for two nights but only stayed one. Tried calling them for almost 4 months prior to reservation to cancel second night and they never got back to...

“Hotell eller hostel???”

“Highly recommend El MaPi. Logistically convenient, a very easy walk from train station, and close to the bus station heading up Machu Pichu. Hotel has an earthy/ nature oriented feel, very relaxing. Staff are very friendly, extremely helpful. Room was nice, clean, seemed fairly new/ updated. Restaurant was very good for both dinner and breakfast, fun bar for after dinner. I didn’t visit the spa, but am sure it was great too.”
