“There is just way too much going on with no addition to convenience. Not too walkable to store outlets that sell basic things like water bottles. I did not have one single enjoyable interaction with any employee. It felt “clicky” and because I did not work there, I felt alienated and unwelcome and that is the last feeling I want to have from a hotel. First bad experience with a best western property, and I use best westerns 9 times a year.”

“We enjoyed our stay at this property. Especially enjoy the managers reception in the evening and the full breakfast offered each morning. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and provide extras like microwave, coffee, refrigerator as well as a mini sink in kitchen area. Only complaint I would offer is it's $32 to park overnight so keep that in mind when pricing this hotel.”

“The room was spacious and comfortable. There’s a lot of surface space and I loved the large window. Everything was fairly clean. The location is perfect if you’re going to Chase field. There are tons of restaurants and bars in walking distance but the true gem is the bar on the 4th floor of the hotel, Little Rituals. Staff there is outstanding as well as their drinks. (They are not employed by the hotel) The rail system has stops a block away making it an easy and cheap alternative to get to and...

“The property is so unique in a very cool way. The room had a small kitchen and a table. The bed is in a nook. Our room had a couch that slept our son. The pool and hot tub were on the 8th floor and were wonderful. There was a weight room and a bball half court. All amenities were clean and attractive.”
