“Room was clean and well appointed. Staff were very helpful. We booked mainly for its location close to the ferry port. Secure parking was a must for a fully loaded car after a long stay in Spain. The food in the restaurant was basic but very good. Maria who served us was by herself, but did a great job in dealing with a busy restaurant. I would recommend this hotel for the reason we chose it.”

“I checked in here three days ago and, being a pilgrim, the first thing I do is check under the sheets for bedbugs. For the first time on any of my Camino, I find them! I take pictures. I show them to the woman in the reception. She pretends as if she's surprised but it was crystal clear that she was lying. She then says she understand if I don't want to stay and that I should call hotels.com for a refund. She then refuses to reply or talk to hotels.com for three whole days and then claims...
