The main kitchen, lounge and dining space is light and inviting, and the multilevel roofline creates a sense of space. The open fire heats the entire house via a hydronic heating system, which makes Kyarra the perfect place for a winter escape.

Double glazing ensures a quiet and restful stay. With WiFi and desks in 2 of the large, bright bedrooms, there is plenty of opportunity to combine 'working from home' with and an after work surf or walk along the cliff top, or a relaxing drink on the deck overlooking the magnificent coastline.

Kyarra is surrounded by beautiful green grass, ideal for the kids to run around on while you make the most of the outdoor dining and BBQ area.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
