Then the negative: they promise a free round the clock shuttle service from the airport - this does not exist, they ask you to take a taxi at your own cost. The breakfast is a joke with styrofoam cups and plates and plastic utensils. There is nothing even remotely healthy or fresh available. You do get a lot of calories though if you want. “This was our third time staying at Sonesta. I recently moved to Pittsburgh and return on occasion to visit family. The accommodations are great for the price in my opinion. It’s not the Ritz, but the room is always clean & comfortable. The outside could use some attention like cleaning up the debris that accumulates in the parking lot. That certainly wouldn’t prevent us from returning!”

“We had one night stay passing by Columbus. It is located in a quite safe area with many different hotels. I actually went to wrong hotel as my GPS had issues to find which hotel and me tired didn’t noticed the exact name 😅 The room was very big with full kitchen, even a dishwasher. Free parking with many spaces. Free wifi which worked well. Breakfast included and was pretty much same on these kind of hotels, it worked. Friendly staff. ”

“My room was clean and smelled great, and the bed was very comfortable. I did get to make use of the pool, though it was clean and inviting. I also didn't get to take advantage of breakfast just because I slept in too late, but this was well worth the value for the stay. clean, affordable, not a cheap motel feel. The light up vanity mirror in the room was a wonderful surprise too”

“Advertised coffee shop on-site. Completely shut down. Advertised rooftop area for outside relaxation. No such thing. Ice machines on two floors empty/not working. Other than that, the staff was nice.”

“You get what you pay for. The room was clean but it was worn and showed the rough treatment of prior guests. The gentleman at the front desk was great. He just started his shift and it seemed like he was kind of dropped in with not a lot of explanation of what had been going on. The shuttle service didn’t fit my schedule so I handled getting to the airport on my own. Hey the AC was good though.”
