“First the positive: the staff were friendly, the room was well cleaned, the wifi worked well. Then the negative: they promise a free round the clock shuttle service from the airport - this does not exist, they ask you to take a taxi at your own cost. The breakfast is a joke with styrofoam cups and plates and plastic utensils. There is nothing even remotely healthy or fresh available. You do get a lot of calories though if you want. “I liked the property because it had everything we needed for our stay the only thing I did not like was that they never came to clean our room not once during the stay. Other than that it was nice location for the price. Not much food options around near by either. .”

“Took 15 min to check in. Desk clerk could barely speak english. No lights worked in the room. It smelled terrible and moldy. No shower curtain and pipes sticking out. Left immediately. Still waiting for refund. ”

“This was my first stay at Tru but won't be my last. It is convenient (close to the airport) and clean. It's definitely a "millennial hotel" (bright colors, lots of open workspace and pool table in the lobby), but as a "Boomer" I appreciated the energy (affirmations on the front door, young staff). “We had one night stay passing by Columbus. It is located in a quite safe area with many different hotels. I actually went to wrong hotel as my GPS had issues to find which hotel and me tired didn’t noticed the exact name 😅 The room was very big with full kitchen, even a dishwasher. Free parking with many spaces. Free wifi which worked well. Breakfast included and was pretty much same on these kind of hotels, it worked. Friendly staff. ”
