The fully equipped kitchen opens onto a large dining room. Two south-facing bedrooms, each with a 160x200 double bed, and a bathroom with a large shower complete the set, with a separate toilet. Everything is on one level inside; a few steps go down to the front door.

In front of the apartment, a small terrace with table and chairs allows you to have breakfast or dinner outside on sunny days.

Parking is free, along the wall at the entrance to the residence.

The terrace in front of the apartment is for common use with the neighbours. In practice, it is very uncrowded and you will enjoy it freely.

The area is residential and quiet, a five-minute drive from the historic centre. A vehicle is recommended for your travels.

Air conditioning is fitted in the living room, central heating the rest of the accommodation. Very well insulated, the apartment remains cool in all rooms; shutters closed during the day, the south bedrooms remain pleasant in the middle of summer.

The apartment is completely non-smoking, including electronic cigarettes. Smoking is possible on the terrace, with an ashtray.

Pets are not allowed, regardless of their size.

Maximum capacity of 4 travellers, including infants and children. Parties and events not allowed.
