“No elevator, not a place for seniors or people with physical challenges. Needs light bulb replacement, toilet with a handle that works. Entry into apartment is a tripping hazard, should be lite in some way, especially at night when people in the bedroom need to use the toilet. Area rugs slip, need nonslip padding under them. Please supply toilet paper, two small rolls is not enough and a few kitchen towels.”

“The apartment had just about everything I needed. The laundry machine worked great, but it does not dry clothes. There are laundromats nearby that I used to dry my clothes. The room does get hot, but there is a fan that helps. This was just what I needed for a weekend stay in the heart of Aix!”

“Haven of peace was a wonderful apartment for us. We stayed over two weeks at this quiet but centrally located apartment. It has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, a huge living area, a big dining table where I was able to set up my computer and work. There are balconies off both bedrooms, one off the kitchen area with a drying line for laundry and a large terrace in front that faces Parc Jourdan. The location is spectacular. “Property was exactly as advertised. Superb location in the city center, excellent amenities and perfect for our needs. Jean Phillpe, the owner and manager was very helpful during our stay and always available to answer any questions. He was the next best thing to a personal concierge. The apartment is on a pedestrian street. busy during the day but very quiet at night.and five minutes from the Rotonde. No need for a car; we walked everywhere and were able to take advantage of public transport...

“Highest of praise to Natty for operating a beautiful VRBO experience. She was specific with directions and communication. Staying at ClĂ©matite was a pure delight. The apartment is well furnished and very well stocked with everything you need to prepare a chefs meal to a perfect charcuterie board! The large bathroom has a separate water closet and plenty of space for your HBA storage. The spacious outside deck was a pure delight. There is a dining table and sitting location with fun sling chairs....

"Plain small and dog-friendly hotel in the very centre. All you would want to see within walking distance. If you go by car, don’t try to drive to the hotel entrance! It is possible to get there, but the gps guides you by walking streets and it’s really difficult to get out of there. Navigate to one of the public parking garages in the vicinity and walk from there, only 300-400 metres. Ask for a room towards the back side since there are several noisy bars in the little square in front of the hotel."
