Lägenheten, mycket ljus och trevlig (90m2) ligger på 1: a våningen i min villa, där jag bor, på bottenvåningen. Oberoende entré. Tvåglasfönster. Syd-sydvästlig exponering. Rum med luftkonditionering. Två terrasser (16 och 20m2).
    Dekorationen är i provensalsk stil, dekorerad med antika möbler.
    Ankomst sker från 16.00 och avgångar före kl. Lägenheten klassificeras som två stjärnor inom möblerad turism. (Klassificeringsnummer: 01303013001180014)

The property was clean, comfortable, safe and convenient. Nicely decorated. Communication with host was excellent. Kitchen had all necessary equipment. Outside table in a sunny location was available which we used. Secure off street parking. Excellent property and host. We would definitely recommend this property and host.

E' la seconda volta che scelgo la casa di Martine per visitare la Provenza per la sua posizione strategica. Il centro di Aix si raggiunge a piedi in soli 10 minuti. La casa è comoda, ben arredata e pulitissima. Il posto macchina interno è un valore aggiunto. Viaggiavamo in cinque e ognuno ha avuto il proprio spazio. Martine è gentilissima, discreta ma, all'occorrenza, presente. Fortemente raccomandata.

First of all, the host greeted us with a smile despite our late arrival due to a flight delay in Marseille. She was instantly friendly and walked us through the house to make sure we would be fine for the night. The house is called House with Character, but it can also be called House with Charm. We loved the place with its high ceilings, blue shuttered windows, welcoming dining room, and comfortable furniture, and coming home to this place every evening added something special to the Provencal experience. The beds were also very comfortable.While we booked for 5 of us, there were 4 in the end, and we felt the place was roomy. It was a quick, easy walk into the center of town and a short Uber ride to Château La Coste, where we visited twice. The bus station where we met our daughter was also a short walk from this home. We loved the markets, cafes, and museums in Aix- all nearby.Martine, the host, was lovely, the house charming, and Aix was fun. I would love to repeat the experience and stay here again one day.

This lovely home was the best rental in our many years of travel. The apartment is even better than the listing photos show - very bright, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and the bathroom is large. There are two sunny terraces. It’s an easy 10 minute walk to town, and a local supermarket within a 5 minute walk. The owner Martine is very welcoming, helpful and accommodating, and gave us lots of great advice about Aix and also for other areas in the region. We hope to return to stay at Martine’s lovely home again and highly recommend it to any travellers who enjoy feeling like they are staying in a real home.

My friend stayed 2 weeks, in which we did a lot jf travelling around Aix. She returned home and I stayed 2 weeks longer. Martine has always been the modt wonderful host, from day 1. Her property is lovely. And I will return time

Great stay, great location

Martine met us when we arrived and gave us a tour of the property. She was responsive when we had questions. Property is comfortable and very near the center of town.

Perfect location to explore Aix-en-provence

Martine is an awesome host. The place is just outside the busy area but very walkable: the town center, the market, and even bus stations are all within walking distance. The on-site parking is awesome, and all 3 rooms are nicely put together. I'll stay there again next time should I visit Aix again.

Toller Aufenthalt in Aix

Sehr schön gelegene Wohnung in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel. Die Altstadt war schnell erreichbar. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich.

Awesome Provence location

Aix is a great place to experience Provence from and this house was perfect for our needs. A 10 minute walk from everything in Aix with parking and less than an hours drive to most of Provence, From Toulon, to Marseille, to Arles to Orange. The three bedrooms was great for a couple with 2 adult children. I would stay here again if I am ever back in Provence!

Belle grande maison. Propriétaire disponible et agréable. Dommage que l'on ne peut pas rentrer la voiture dans la cour, difficultés de stationnement.

Great location, spacious and friendly host

We stayed for 4 nights to explore the Provence region. Parking was easy and walk to town for the Saturday market was great. Martine was really helpful and left lots of information and tips. The flat was large and kitchen well equipped although we ate out most days

Charming and quaint home within walking distance to everything!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and our host, Martine, was so lovely and helpful. There were three of us - all adults- in Aix-en-Provence to visit my daughter who is studying there. We could not have picked a nicer home and location. The house is charming and clean and wonderful and it is within a 5-10 walk of everything you may need- yet It is in a very nice quiet neighborhood. I would go back and highly recommend this property.

Parfait / Perfect

Beautiful section of a house in proximity to the old Aix. Martine was most accomodating and the place even had two terraces, and a nice private parking spot. We were two couples and enjoyed our 5 days in the area, with this wonderful pied a terre. Hoping tocome back one of these days. Merci Martine
