âExcellent stay from 15th July to 22nd July with 2 room bookings (5 people). Staff are very helpful, kind and caring. The hotel is very comfortable, the breakfast buffet has a lot of choice for all, the food was fresh and delicious. Hotel is located close to gate 79 (kaba entrance gate). Concierge staff were fantastic, cleaning staff were amazing and the restaurant staff were great. Really sad to be leaving but looking forward to our next stay. âThe property is ageing now however clean. Location wise you cannot get better than this. Stayed 3 nights however only had the breakfast the once and it was amazing. Value for money and would recommend. Lifts can be a bit slow at prayer times. â

First two days was great price since we loved the hotel we wanted to extend the stay and they changed the fee to almost double the price (if I had booked with hotels from the beginning it wouldâve not been double). Breakfast was great. Extremely close to masjid al haram. Overall if the price is reasonable Iâd recommend it. â
