âVery good standard and nice apartments , close to palm Jumeirah and also Tram just out side to Marina .
The employees on every place was very welcoming professional people.â
âVery friendly & polite staff always greeting you/me with a smile ensuring that I had everything I needed for a great stay. Splendid facilities & very spaceous room. Found the size of the bathtub to be a great plus given a lot of other hotels have smaller bathtubs for the smaller rooms. Looking forward to returning the next time I visit Dubai. â
âNot a 5-star. Absolutly chaos outside of the hotel, full of people and taxi cars. When we arrived we could not even see where the entrance was. Very crowded. Nobody helped us into the hotel for check-in as there was so many people covering the hotel they barely could see us coming with our bags. Service is cold and poor. Long check-in process, and no welcome drink. No personalized service, butler is of no real use. Just a very hectic, packed out place with three deskes in the main entrance...

âThis smaller hotel was located on the beach walk and the hotel restaurants had great food, as well as several amazing restaurant within walking distance. The only thing that wasnât according to the pictures was that in front of the sun beds on the beach was a tent that rented out water activities and blocked a bit of the view, could definitely been moved to another location. Overall we had a really great stay at the Voco Dubai the Palm.â
âBig apartment with well equipped kitchen. Location between City center and the Marina but very close to Metro station and trains coming every 5 minutes, buy a daily ticket for 20 Dhr and you can travel in all zones as much you want. Also very resonable prices for taxi. Also a short walk from Mall of Emirates with restaurants and shops.

The pool that is located on the 7:th floor and had during our visit no sun, because of the hotel building with 41 floors...

"It is very noisy, with loud music playing during the daytime and late at night during the weekend. Views not as advertised. It's a ridiculous place for ridiculous Instagrammers."
"Stayed 10 days and regretted my stay every single day. Very bad and slow service, employees are totally uninterested and unwelcoming. I complained about a very bad smell in the hallway ( a sweaty, musty oder) nothing was done about it. Considering the amount of money I paid for what should be a luxury 5 stat hotel, tge service was a 3 stat hotel level.
The fact that you get free internet access for only one week and after that you have to pay extra is a scandal.
Compared to other 5 star hotels in same street that I stayed at before this was absolutely terrible.
Definitely not coming back. Do your self a favor and stay away. "
