“We loved our time at Pott’s Spot. The outside was a little dated, but that didn’t matter to us! The inside was a little updated with everything to meet your needs minus a dishwasher, which is of course in the listing. We loved the A frame screened in porch, outdoor shower, and closet full of beach stuff the most. It was a quick walk/golf cart ride to the public beach access just a couple houses down and across.”

“The house is as wonderful as the website makes it look. We love having the pool and it is serviced daily to keep it pristine. You must be aware that you need to bring or stop to buy everything you will need from hand soap, bath soap, dishwashing liquid, dish scrubbers to salt and pepper. There is no pantry stock of items left by other guests. Kitchen is well appointed with dishes and pots and pans and gadgets. Loved having the ice machine. We had a couple of issues but they were addressed...

“Perfect property for beach stay. Outdoor shower to get sand off, no carpet, everything newer, both bedrooms had own shower, washer/dryer, and pool. Also cross walk to private beach access.”

“Absolutely amazing!! Location, cleanliness, ease of checkin & out. Walking distance of several great restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Had a view of lagoon with its wildlife( ducks, cranes, turtles and even a gator!). Very relaxing for our daughter who was running in the state track meet. Since we knew that it was new, owners probably still haven’t gotten around to doing a few things.. need oven mittens, utensils for grilling, blackout curtains or shades for morning side bedrooms, ceiling fans...

“Location was great! So close to the beach. It is a duplex and would like a choice on side next time. Yes, there will be a next time. Lay out great for us two family's with plenty of bathrooms and beds. Construction was an inconvenience with neighboring house, but not a complaint. Owner was great with communication. Will come back and totally recommend. Fort Morgan beach was not crowded and very quiet, store down the street was visited frequently for ice and little things. Dollar General met the...
