“The condo needed some floor repairs. The floors were not level. The flooring in both bathrooms was coming up due to this, the hall bathroom toilet felt like you were leaning backwards. There was a huge bow in the floor of the hallway. It was not cleaned very well. There were fresh linens and towels but the floors were dirty when we arrived.
