“Room was nonsmoking but smelled like someone had been smoking in it nonstop for weeks! No other solution from staff. My son’s asthma was horrible after one night. The water was also brown in the shower. ”

“Room was good, bath tub faucet dripped. Hot water in shower was not as hot as the bathroom sink, which was disappointing. Facility itself was clean and pool was clean with comfortable chairs at poolside. Breakfast was a disappointment, (this trip was our second time staying at the facility), back in October breakfast included Sausage and Eggs. This trip those were omitted from the breakfast menu.😔 At this time, not sure there will be a third stay at the facility. ”

“The hotel is okay, clean, tidy. but the furniture is very beat up floors are scratched, and it looks very run down and used on the inside of the rooms. ”

“Great breakfast, clean room, polite staff. The front desk needs a bell or phone to contact employee because they are in the office in the evening and didn’t come out for 20 minutes. Unable to call front desk from room also..front desk phone out of order. I had to book through Expedia because no phone service with front desk. Brand new building working out the details I guess. Plan to return in the future!”

“Newer place and it was close to shop La and foods. They don’t clean your room entail after 4 days but will gladly give you more towels. Gulf Shore and Orange beach are roughly 20 minutes or so.”

“Room was not cleaned while we were there. Shower was the absolute worst. Just a drizzle and pray you get your underside clean. Pool was gross and green and filter was not running. The hot tub was foamy and had sand in the bottom. Kids in the pool screaming until after 9:30, but nothing can be done about that. We just decided to spend more next time and go somewhere nice.”

“The room was clean and comfortable with a full kitchen including a dishwasher. The breakfast menu was fresh - scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, hot oatmeal, sausage egg and cheese biscuits, cereal, fruit, fresh waffles, and juices and coffee. The indoor heated pool is great! Plenty of parking; and once you add in downtown OWA, it is a great place to stay.”
