“We had an excellent day at this location! Just steps from the river and the parking situation was amazing. Led right into the building so I felt very safe coming and going at any time with my mother and 13 month old daughter. The area was very quiet and the bed was extremely comfortable for all three of us. There was food within walking distance and the apartment was super cozy and impeccably clean. I would 10 out of 10 stay here again! Not to mention the host Ramiro was amazing! ”

“Cleaning and comfortable - really enjoyed my stay”

“The house itself is very cute and clean and had everything we needed! Having three beds in the second bedroom was fantastic. The air-conditioning worked very well and the fans were great. Be sure to bring conditioner, but it does say it has shampoo and body wash, which is exactly what it has. The listing says it has a parking space, but it is street parking. We had no trouble parking it right in front of the house. The Check process is tedious but manageable. Asking you to contact them within 24...

“Everything’s about 5 minutes away and the host is amazing”

“Great location! Very clean. Make sure you know which building you are in and if it is the one connected to the parking deck. Elevators very helpful too.”

“Room was very nice, how’s super easy to communicate with and great location to access restaurants and shopping. Only downside is the common area of the complex, no fault to the owner but the property management group does not do a good job in keeping the common areas clean. Room and host superb!”

“Great location! Comfortable bed and seating area. ”

“The location was perfect for a 3 day stay. Before we arrived we were concerned about car safety when parking in an unattended lot. We parked so that we could see our car from the apartment and there were no issues. My husband loved the San Antonio coffee table book and read most of it. The location was spot on for visiting what we wanted to see. I recommend the trolley for hop-on hop-off sight seeing. We will definitely stay here again if we visit San Antonio a second time.”

“Sehr klein. Schmutzige Gegend überall Müll stinktiere. Einrichtung teilweise kaputt. Das Haus wird auch zum Verkauf angeboten vielleicht lag es daran das keine Mühe mehr reingesteckt wird.”

“I had a wonderful stay this week. The property was super clean, comfortable, and extremely quiet — exactly what I needed. It was also very convenient to get to local spots and meeting places, which made everything so easy during my stay. The hostess, Johana, was quick to respond and very accommodating with my requests. Overall, it was peaceful, relaxing, and exactly what I was hoping for. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and comfortable...

“The location is 5 minutes from the Alamo and the surrounding shops.”

“Arriving at the hotel I realized that it was going to be rough indeed. I noticed that the lobby was very clean and even had a air freshener device inside so I figured perhaps our room would match. It didn't, all the sheets and walls were dirty. The towels had black or greyish stains all over. The pillows and pillowcases were dirty with hairs still. The television was dirty and the table and counters had crumbs or dried stains on them. When I told the front desk, he said they were at capacity and...
