I recently stayed and I would like to provide some feedback. Overall, the house is fine and conveniently located near the beach. However, there are no shops nearby, so you will need to drive about 7–10 minutes to buy food and supplies.The property could benefit from a more thorough and detailed cleaning, particularly the entrance door, windows, bathrooms, and patios. Additionally, the house does not have a BBQ, air fryer, or dishwasher. While this is a minor inconvenience, it does not significantly affect the comfort of the house.Please note that this is a condominium with around 20 houses, all used for vacation rentals.

Some confusion re correct property as the number did not match the one given. Luckily the sign on the wall said Peppies place. Lovely house with all essential items provided. Short walk to the beach which was great. Clean and comfortable.

Great property and location

From the time we walked in to the property we were impressed. It was clean and well presented the beds were so comfortable. The sound of the waves crashing on the beach that is how close you are to the The only thing i would suggest to the owners would be to have light globes in the outside the front entrance as it was dark when we arrived.We will be back. A very nice stay close to Emu Point

A nice, clean property in a convenient location. Nice bedding and clean too!! I would stay here again. Needs some minor maintenance which will mention to the host. I’d love to have had a dishwasher but that was all we needed. A great place near the beach!!

THE PERFECT LOCATION

An idyllic quiet location, walking distance to the beach, very comfortable and lovely accommodation, adjacent to the lovely golf course and an easy drive into Albany. We will definitely return. Our dog also loved the area.

Amazing location

Great location, 2 min walk to the nearest beach. Short drive to Emu point and the shops. Perfect spot as a home base to explore Albany area.House is clean and comfortable (very cosy). Kitchen was well stocked and there is no shortage of soft blankets for the cooler days rainy days. Comfortable beds with the softest linen. We had a lovely stay!! And would recommend the place to others.Only thing was there wasn't much available for cleaning or mopping floors. And the handwash shampoos in the bathrooms were empty.
