Facing Plomb du Cantal and its Alpine skiing area but also at the foot of the cross-country skiing slopes of the Prat de Bouc domain and the ski lifts, you will be won over by the wild and natural character of the site.



On the ground floor you will find a large convivial dining room, a kitchenette equipped with filter coffee maker and Senseo, refrigerator/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher..., a lounge with flat-screen TV, an independent toilet and a storage room for ski equipment. You can enjoy a shared laundry room.



On the 1st floor, 3 bedrooms with 1 bed 140X190, 2 bedrooms with 2 beds 80X190 that can be joined into 160X190 and finally 2 bedrooms with 3 single beds 80X190 as well. This accommodation has on this level a sanitary area with 3 wash basins, 3 enclosed showers and 2 independent toilets. The heating is central and gas.



You will also find just next door the Buron de Prat de Bouc where you can eat and taste Auvergne specialities.



5km away you will find a grocery shop and 10 km away the village of Murat will offer you its shops and services.
