On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom en suite with a bathtub, as well as an additional bathroom with a shower, ensuring convenience for all guests.



On the lower floor, there is a double bedroom en suite with a shower, two bedrooms with two single beds each and an additional bathroom with a shower, offering flexibility and comfort for groups or families.



The kitchen is fully equipped, perfect for preparing meals at home with all the necessary utensils and appliances. The property also has air conditioning and television.



On the exterior, the property includes a private swimming pool and an outdoor bathroom with shower, ideal for enjoying outdoor moments.



Located in a quiet area, with easy access to beaches, restaurants and local services, Villa Blue Bay is perfect for a relaxed holiday with family or friends.



The moving day for this property is on Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making the booking, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.



This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.



Group deposit: €200 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.



Please note that the occupancy of this property is 8 guests.

From the 9th to the 10th guest an additional charge will be applied which includes an extra bed.



According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
