North Valley Peacock Casita

About this space
A safe place to rest for a few days or just for the night. We are in a great neighborhood and tucked away from the road. You will have access to a security system should you want to use it.
The space
This Casita is safely tucked away in a charming neighborhood in the North Valley. The home is fully equipped to serve a short one-night stay or a longer family stay. The kitchen is well equipped with the necessities, such as a refrigerator, stove w/oven, microwave, coffee maker (Keurig), toaster, and much more. The dining room table seats four comfortably, but a table extension leaf is available. Two queen beds and air mattress available for extra guests.
Guest access
You can access the home anytime after 3 pm by using the code provided with your check-in instructions. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home does have a private entrance, alarm system, and driveway parking sufficient for two cars or a small U-haul trailer as well as a one-car garage. We also feature a bbq grill and outdoor patio furniture. We can be available throughout your visit to answer any questions and offer assistance. We are pet friendly, but please clean after your pet and don't allow pets on furniture. We do not have a fence or dog run, so dogs will need to be walked on a leash.
Other things to note
LOCAL RESIDENTS - Locals MUST contact me before booking. We do NOT allow parties so please do NOT book if you plan to have a party or to have friends over.

EXTRA GUESTS - Please make sure that you have made your reservation for the correct number of guests as I do charge an extra guest fee in lieu of a larger cleaning fee. No additional guests are allowed that are not included in the reservation. If there are additional guests not listed on your reservation you will be charged.

NO PARTIES - Parties, events, and gatherings are not allowed (unless previously agreed upon, in writing, at the time of booking). Please mention if you plan to have guests over who are not included in your reservation.
EXTERIOR RING CAMERAS - There is a Ring floodlight camera above the garage facing the driveway. There are no cameras inside.

NO SMOKING - Smoking is not permitted inside! Make sure doors and windows are closed if smoking outside (and dispose of butts in the trash bins outside).
