SUN OF THE BAY 3 is an exclusive holiday apartment with sea views and direct access to the Pinos beach in the paradisiacal Alcudia Bay. It is part of a complex of six identical apartments, distributed in two blocks, designed to offer maximum comfort and tranquility.

This beautiful ground-floor apartment, recently renovated, features a charming private garden and an unbeatable location to enjoy the serenity of the surroundings and the natural beauty of the area. It is the perfect place for families with children, combining the convenience of being by the beach with a wide variety of attractions and activities for all ages.

Layout and Spaces

Upon entering the property, you can access it either through the main entrance from the street or through the garden and terrace. The terrace, fully furnished with a cozy outdoor dining area, is perfect for enjoying meals al fresco while taking in the views. From here, you access a bright living-dining room, ideal for family moments or relaxing while watching satellite TV from the sofa.

The apartment has two double bedrooms with a capacity for up to four people:

The first bedroom has a large double bed and access to a private terrace.

The second bedroom offers two single beds and also access to a terrace.

The kitchen, fully equipped with an oven, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, and all necessary utensils, allows you to prepare delicious homemade meals. Additionally, the apartment has two modern bathrooms with showers and toilets, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.

The property enjoys an enviable location, right on the largest beach in Mallorca, in a quiet and family-friendly area. Here, you can find various entertainment options, such as water sports, restaurants, cafes, boutiques, playgrounds, and swimming pools. Plus: - Fast communication with agency via whatsapp (a few minutes response time) - Beach is right in front of the apartment (20sec walking distance) - Big terasse with decent view to the sea Minus: - We did not get exactly the apartment which we booked. The one shown on the website was not directly at the main street to the beach. We obtained an apartment diretcly facing to the street which goes to the beach. The agency was not willing to change this. - Extremely noisy location because of tourist buses driving very frequently in front of this apartment. - Very noisy hotel on the other side of the street that runs an entertainment program until 11pm. - Big trash containers very close to the apartment that are emptied early in the morning (incl. the glas containers) and late in the evening at 10pm. - On the terasse there is two airconditioning systems installed. One belongs the neighbour below you on the ground floor. Even if you turn of the AC then you still hear all the noise on your terasse from the neighbors airconditioning system. - A very noisy location where we did not sleep well throughout the entire vacation. - In our contract the check-out time was 11am but the agency required us to leave at 10am. - Coffee machine dirty and rusty. - Second bathroom not renovated snd old fashioned looking. In summary we have been not satisfied.

È stata una vacanza piacevole ma abbiamo avuto diversi problemi con gli elettrodomestici. La casa ù in posizione eccellente, ma l’arredamento andrebbe completato e soprattutto rinnovato.
